My schedule doesn’t allow me to attend ALL the classroom sessions, can I still take the class?
YES, we do however recommend that you attend as many as possible as it will assist you in learning the material. 15 Hours classroom education is REQUIRED by the State of Illinois for this class.
Is a fully online version of the course available?
No, Illinois currently requires a minimum of 15 hours instructor-lead, interactive learning to complete the course.
What does it take to be successful in Real Estate?
Willingness to learn, being organized, and being comfortable speaking to people are minimal requirements. Most importantly, the drive to be successful. Real Estate agents are Independent Contractors with the opportunity to make very good incomes or to earn nothing.
What are the exact costs of getting into the business?
Costs can not be exacted. However, a close ball park figure will look like this.
